Most experts say that for beginners, it is best to start with 2/3 days each week and at least 30 minutes per session. Then you can slowly crank it from there. Don't start with a strict daily routine - It is easy! Start with 30 minutes of cardio 2/3 times a week and strength training once a week. Continue this for two to three months until it becomes an integral part of your daily routine.
2. Warm up and stretch
Always, always, warm up first. Get your body through the basic movements that will loosen and stretch your muscles. This will ensure that your body will perform at the maximum level and more importantly, you will avoid injuries.
Ex. Do not follow the same set of exercises
This is a common mistake many beginners make. Don't stick to the same exercise set every day. Mix it up Alternatives between 3 main types of exercise - aerobic, non-aerobic and flexible
Aerobic exercise is an exercise in which the body needs oxygen to increase its exercise requirements. This form of exercise is traditionally considered a cardiovascular exercise, such as riding a treadmill or cycling. Anaerobic exercise is a type of exercise that requires glucose for short strenuous workloads. Strength training and spraying are forms of anaerobic exercise.
4. Weight training
The best thing about beginner bodybuilding training is that, initially, you can train from anywhere - even from home. You can even start working at home with just a basic exercise band. Here are the best YouTube videos with basic exercise band exercise. All you have to do is choose a well-rated video and follow them.
Dumbbells are another great way to start basic weight training. Compared to barbells, dumbbells are less scary for beginners. Stabilization in dumbbells is also an additional challenge, and easily identifies muscle imbalances. For those who want to start weight training with a little more intensity, bar barbells are definitely the way forward. If your goal is power above all else, this is the option we recommend. Barbells allow you to grow clearly and quickly, which can lead to a small increase in weight each week.

5. Give your body enough time to recover
Take a break from time to time. no pain no gain. So if your body hurts in the early stages after you start working, that's a good sign - you're on the right track. But, don't make the mistake of pushing yourself to the limit and not giving your body enough time to recover. Also avoid taking pain medication, as they only mask the pain. The best way to move forward is to let your body heal naturally
If you don't give your body time to heal and repair itself, your performance will decrease and you will go into a vicious cycle where you will never fully recover. And if you have a sore throat after exercise, that's fine (unless it hurts more). Run for a painkiller, as it can mask the pain and cause real damage to your body. Let yourself recover naturally.
